2. Eligible for Return/Refund
- Item received is damaged or broken
- Item received is wrong/different from what was ordered
- Item is defective due to manufacturing fault
3. Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after purchase
- Slight colour variations due to handmade nature
- Custom/personalised orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 94273 40954 within 7 days of receiving your order
- Share your order details and clear photos/video of the damaged item
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will guide you through the return process
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- UPI/Bank transfer refunds: 5–7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated
6. Return Shipping
For damaged or wrong items, return shipping charges will be covered by The Glam Loop. For other approved returns, return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
