Orders & Payment
Simply browse our products, click "Order on WhatsApp", and our team will confirm your order, availability and payment details via WhatsApp chat.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations. Payment details are shared via WhatsApp.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Custom/personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp once payment is received.
Products & Customisation
Yes! Every piece at The Glam Loop is lovingly handcrafted. This means slight variations in colour or finish are natural and make each piece unique.
Absolutely! We offer personalised/custom jewellery and gift hampers. Contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements and we will create something special just for you.
Yes, we accept bulk orders for corporate gifting, weddings, and events. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance for bulk orders.
Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use to maintain shine.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We ship to all states and cities across India via trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days. For Ahmedabad and nearby areas, delivery may be faster (2–4 days).
Yes! Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹499. A small shipping charge applies for orders below ₹499.
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number via WhatsApp so you can track your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or wrong items. Please share photos/video proof via WhatsApp.
Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days for size or colour issues, subject to stock availability.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
